職位 客戶關系管理專員
職位目標
協助CRM經理監控客戶數據準確性。對集團和廠家舉辦的所有CRM項目提供全力支持以保證項目順利、正常進行。協助經理向銷售、售后、財務、客戶關懷等部門提供后續跟蹤服務支持。
主要職責
潛在客戶搜集
* 確保前臺所填的到訪日志的準確性
* 收集展廳到訪日志,統計客流量;
* 檢查潛在客戶錄入客戶卡情況;
* 保存客戶卡
* 通過抽查,確保客戶卡信息的準確性
* 檢查銷售顧問對潛在客戶跟進聯系的情況;
* 抽查銷售顧問到訪/致電客戶的錄音;
* 每天/每周將統計報表反饋給CRM經理;
* 提供相應的分析報表(客戶來源等)
數據庫管理
* 與Call Center配合,定期進行數據清洗,以確保數據的準確性
* 根據不同部門提出的需求,處理數據,提供有效報表;
忠誠客戶計劃
* 協助CRM經理,配合集團執行忠誠客戶計劃
市場活動
* 監控市場活動所產生的潛在客戶的跟進情況, 提供相應報表
職位要求:
* 本科以上文憑
* 踏實勤奮,以結果為導向
* 對數據敏感,注意細節
* 英文能力:普通
* 有市場調研,零售相關背景優先
Position CRM Specialist
Primary Objectives
Assist CRM manager to monitor customer files; continuously manage and maintain customer database, to ensure the customer info is complete and accurate. Full support to all CRM programs that launched by group and OEM. Assist CRM Manager to support different functions.
Responsibility
Leads Capture Process
* Ensure the accuracy of showroom log book filled by receptionists
* Collect daily showroom log book and relevant forms togenerate daily report
* Ensure all valid customers have been filed
* Ensure the information accuracy of customer card
* Check on the customer follow-up rate
* Spot check the voice records and generate report,which reflect the quality of service that Sales provides
* Provide relevant daily and weekly report
* Provide analytical report (e.g. customer sources)
* ad hoc work request by CRM Manager
DMS Management
* Regularly database clean up
* Process data based on functional requirements, and provide relevant reports
Loyalty Program
* Fully support to Loyalty Program execution
Marketing Events
* Check the follow up status of customers generated from Marketing events and provide relevant report to CRM Manager
Requirements:
* Degree + in business related
* Diligent and results driven
* Pay attention to details
* English: basic
* Retail or Marketing Research experiences is a plus
