Responsibility:
-Collaborate with North American Designers and Researchers who have direct access to North American users. Be able to interpret Personas, Usability Test Results and Analytics from North American colleagues to iteratively improve your designs.
-Work closely with Chengdu and Xian based developers in a SCRUM development process.
-Use Interaction Design methods to create meaningful relationships between people and the products and services that they use. Create wireframes and prototypes of web and mobile software in Axure RP software in collaboration with North American designers.

Required education and experience:
-English communication skills.
-Experience working in a SCRUM development environment, where you will attend daily scrums with co-located developers and your prototypes will serve as design specifications.
-Mobile design experience
-Visual design experience, particularly in layout and information design.
-Understanding of how the web works particularly browser-based presentation technologies.
-Axure RP rapid-prototyping software
-Design portfolio showing Interaction Design for mobile or web-applications. We’re specifically interested in your user-centered design process and problem solving skills.
