Responsibilities:Responsible for team’s daily operation and leading for target achievementFormulate the operation plan and execute it in a high efficiencyInteraction with OS team and IH stakeholders with influenceEnhance customer satisfaction and through continuous optimizationReduce recontact% and transfer% with innovationsDrive and carry out product, policy and process change and ensure OS team readiness in line with customers’ requirementsManage changes and decrease negative impact to operationRequirements:Bachelor degree or above2+ years’ management experience in the field of Customer Service Operations; Call center or e - commerce experience is desiredAdvanced oral and written English skillExcellent Communication skillStrong execution and data analysis skillComfortable with dynamic changes; creative problem solving skills and ability to navigate conflictsPositive and systematical thinking with creativityProject management experience is preferred.
