1. Leading the Manufacturing Engineering team, such as Manufacturing Engineer (ME), Industrial Engineer (IE), Testing Engineering (TE) and Equipment Engineering (EE), Failure Analysis Engineering (FAE).
2. Provide technical resolutions of SPS/BMS/Battery pack **** system problems.
3. Understand R&D or customer products (SPS--Switching Power Supply/BMS—Battery Management System/Battery Park) requirement and suggest **** solutions suitable for the requirements and able to write the **** program or implement the solution by themselves. And also need implement the **** date traceability with poke-yoke in whole **** process, all the date shall be save to sever in real time.
4. Performs research, design and development of manufacturing process including production flow, assembly and maintains detailed layout of buildings and equipment.
5. Cover the process management such as SPS, BMS PCB’A and Battery Park.
6. Carries out process improvement, problem resolution, project management, and deliver training to ME team member to get them qualified for their roles.
7. Set up the annual target of ME team and evaluate each engineer performance, and develop team member\'s competency
8. Improves manufacturing process and methods for cost reduction, quality improvement and improve process efficiency and productivity.
9. Provide direction & supervision to perform Failure Analysis, make effective actions to resolve process, design related issues.
10. Managing of New Product Introduction (NPI), make sure NPI transfer to mass production successfully.
11. Leading the team to perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), DFT (Design for Testing), review and update the PFMEA report to ensure all potential problems are addressed before mass production.
